All items MUST be returned and back to Lucie Lou’s within 14 days of order date for exchange or credit note ONLY

Lucie Lou’s will exchange an item(s) providing that its returned in pristine condition and it suitable for resale, we have the right to refuse an exchange otherwise. To clarify items can not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that any/all labels or tags are still intact.

we advise you check all products over before you remove tags and wash, we do our best to ensure all items are in pristine condition but occasionally we will miss things. Failure to check before you have done either of the above will make items non exchangeable or refundable. We can not take responsibility for wear and tear or damage to items once washed.

We do advise sending items back via recorded delivery as we do not take responsibility for lost parcels and this is at your own cost.

We dispatch orders within 48 hours we do not take responsibility for no one being available to receive the parcel and needing to arrange a redelivery.
